These Terms of Use apply to your use of Addons, Skins & Maps (the "App"), based on Apple's standard End User License Agreement terms for apps distributed via the App Store, since we do not maintain a separate custom license agreement.

Acknowledgement

The App is licensed to you, not sold. Your license is subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, referenced in the App Store Terms of Service.

Scope of license

You are granted a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's usage rules.

Maintenance and support

The developer of this App, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App.

Warranty

The developer of this App, not Apple, is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed.

Product claims

The developer of this App, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it, including but not limited to product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

Intellectual property

This app is an unofficial catalog of community-made Minecraft add-ons, texture packs, maps, and skins. We do not claim ownership of third-party add-on content; all such content remains the property of its respective creators. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB; this app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.

Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-party beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
